Kemar Minerals Inc. Agree Acquisition Deal with Sandowin Mining

Kemar Minerals Inc., the Saskatchewan based miner, have announced today that they have agreed to acquire a 100% interest in the junior mining company Sandowin Mining.

Established in 1999, Sandowin Mining based in British Columbia were originally one of the region's most productive mining companies consistently producing over USD $3 million a year in revenue with high grade results averaging at 31 grams of gold per ton and 135 grams of silver per ton during its company's life.

As part of the definite agreement announced on June 13th, Kemar Minerals Inc. will gain full ownership of Sandowin Mining and all of its permits and machinery.

A contingent payment of USD $5 million was agreed upon, which will become active once Kemar Minerals Inc. achieve a production level of USD $5 million from Sandowin Mining's existing projects.

"We have been closely monitoring the developments surrounding Sandowin Mining and were extremely encouraged by the positive comments the local mining community had towards their approach to mining and their ethical philosophy to environmental issues. This was one of the primary reasons we made the approach that we did to acquire them," said Mr. Miles Auteberry, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kemar Minerals Inc.

The Saskatchewan based company is currently focused on infill and exploration drilling to advance their understanding of the Sandowin Mining project and anticipate this to start in the fourth quarter of the year.

"It is of utmost importance that we identify our own ground-sonar results to ensure we maximize the project's true return potential while consulting with the project's previous geologist whose knowledge cannot be understated," Miles Auteberry added.
