Kemar Minerals Inc. Appoint Mr. Francis Bryant to be an Independent Non-Executive Director of The Company with Effect From 13th January 2025.

Kemar Minerals Inc. are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Francis Bryant as an independent non-executive Director of the company.

Mr. Bryant has worked in numerous roles within the mining sector, with the majority of his experience being gained in both North and South America where he held senior positions with several of the world's largest mining companies.

His knowledge of everything regulatory will be of great importance to Kemar Minerals Inc. as they prepare to expand their operations and project footprints.

Mr. Bryant will report to the board of Directors on all matters non-regulatory and will report directly to Mr. Miles Auteberry, the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kemar Minerals Inc. on all regulatory matters.

"Having Francis as part of our team is going to be of great assistance to the entire company's operation. His in-depth knowledge of the mining industry, in particular the ever-changing regulations associated with it will allow us to expand at the rate we had forecast."

Mr. Bryant will work remotely and will be visiting all of the company's projects over the coming 12 to 18 months.

He will be introduced to the team at the company's headquarters in Saskatchewan next week before visiting the company's Canadian projects shortly afterwards.

Mr. Bryant has acted as chairperson of a number of South American regulatory and supervisory bodies where he was instrumental in improving the region's mining safety record and productivity.
